   ### Body
   
   Add a details page for data sets, similar to the existing adapter details page.
   
   The details view should include:
   
   * A table showing the event schema
   * The data type for each field in the event schema
   * A table showing the values of the last X events
   * A button to create a chart
   
   The chart button should navigate users directly to the chart view so they can further analyze the data.
   
   Additionally, add a Cypress test to validate the new data set details view.
