[ANNOUNCE] Module::Use 0.05_01

Module::Use 0.05_01 has been uploaded to CPAN. It is also available
at http://moya.tamu.edu/~jgsmith/Module-Use-0.05_01.tar.gz for those
that want it before CPAN makes it available.

If this version seems to fix some of the reported problems (mainly
that it doesn't work :/), then it will be put up as 0.06.

Thanks to Barrie Slaymaker for pointing out bugs that resulted in us
realizing tie'ing %INC doesn't work.  I swear it worked before I
posted it to CPAN :/

Module::Use can report and track module usage. It can also be
configured to import common modules during server startup (mod_perl
environment, mainly).

For more information, download the module or see section 17.7 in the
mod_perl Cookbook.
