## Summary\n\nAdd a conclusion to both language versions of Log Is the Runtime.\n\nThe new section returns to the article opening and connects Runtime Event Log, Compaction, and Tool Result Pruning under one design principle: preserve committed facts, then construct bounded projections for each consumer. It also states the trade-offs of append-only history instead of ending immediately after the pruning mechanics.\n\n## Verification\n\n- \n-
