AMS in distributed mode uses cluster zookeeper by default. Introducing the following 2 dependency in the role command order for Start All & Stop All makes sure AMS HBase is started and stopped cleanly.
METRICS_COLLECTOR-START depends on ZOOKEEPER_SERVER-START
ZOOKEEPER_SERVER-STOP depends on METRICS_COLLECTOR-STOP
