I think this should be 'Editor für generalisierte Zeit' (Editeur pour le temps généralisé).
'Allgemeiner Zeit Editor' translate in something like 'Editeur génèral pour le temps'.

Je ne sais pas si 'temps' est l'expression juste ou si 'heure' est mieux ... Il fait déjà longtemps que j'ai apris ça à

You're right, "Date & Time Editor" sounds even better and pretty standard
for this kind of dialog.

Well, in french, I think it would be better to use 'Editeur de date'. No
need to stipulate that it's 'generalized'. A date is a date, all in all ;)
What about 'Zeit Editor' in german, too ? (assuming that zeit = time, as
in zeitnot, used in chess)

Je ne savais pas que tu parlais français. I didn't know you speak french.
You were right, "temps" is better than "heure".
I think Emmanuel is right. We don't need to add "Generalized".
"Date Editor" sounds good to me.
About the German translation, I'll let you correct it as I don't speak any
work of German (I learnt English and Spanish at school).
In this commit, I only removed 'In-Place' from the translation as it didn't
make sense anymore.
