### What happened

With a Session's terminal tab open in the workbar, the whole app becomes noticeably laggy: typing, switching tabs, and dragging the window all drop frames, fan spins up / CPU usage stays high, and it does not recover when the terminal is idle (sitting at a prompt with no new output) — the app stays sluggish for as long as the terminal panel is open.
### How to reproduce
1. Start the app and open a Session's conversation;
2. Click "展开任务工作栏" (expand task workbar), then open "终端" (Terminal) from the tools menu;
3. Produce a burst of terminal output, e.g. run `for i in $(seq 1 200); do echo "line $i"; done`;
4. Observe: even after the terminal goes idle, a DevTools Performance recording shows a continuous ResizeObserver → fit call stack with repeated relayouts, and everyday interactions visibly drop frames. The terminal panel also grows taller as content accumulates.
Frequency: reproduces reliably (100%) whenever the terminal panel is open.

- OS and version: macOS 14.7.8
- Surface: Desktop
- Node.js version, if running from source: v25.9.0
