The patch works as described but I am not yet convinced that there is a problem
that has to be solved.

2+ does not look like a number (to me it looks like a German school grade), so
why should it be treated like one?
Also, the drop down box of the "filter" button has two different entries for
"2" and "2+".  If they are treated differently there then why treat them
differently in the cells below?
