I'd like to confirm this bug still exists, on 4.0.1 (PC) and 4.1 Dev (Mac).
This is a showstopper; no way to define transitions, or reach Slide Layout,
from the Context menu, or Menu, even when the Sidebar is visible.
Please have someone confirm this, and raise a proper flag for it.
