This mailing list is filled with volunteers -- other people like you  
who use Subversion. We can help you with unusual problems, if you  
will send a mail to the list and describe them. For usual problems we  
will likely refer you to the FAQ [1], the Subversion book [2], or the  
mailing list archives [3].

Commercial support for Subversion is available from CollabNet [4] for  
a fee.

"Question" is, by the way, not a great subject line for a message on  
a mailing list where most emails are likely to be questions. [5]
