classpath issue plugins

Hi all,

When I was researching developing my own plugins for Nutch 0.8.1 I
noticed that because of the following lines in the bin/nutch script:

# add plugins to classpath
if [ -d "$NUTCH_HOME/plugins" ]; then
  echo "plugins added"
  CLASSPATH=${NUTCH_HOME}:${CLASSPATH}
fi

the freshly build plugins in build/plugins are added to the classpath
*after* the distributed ones so that changes you make to them are
never picked up when you run nutch. Is this correct?
