Dementia-proof design

Dear Community:


         Inspired by this article https://dubbo.apache.org/zh/docs/v2.7/dev/principals/dummy/, the similar design could be introduced into the open source software shenyu to help the users extreamfully. Thus, I have created a related task to implement this idea. The link of this task is https://github.com/apache/shenyu/issues/4156.
