bcprov_1.52.0.jar broken on mirrors

Trying to install latest Directory Studio in Eclipse 4.5.  Download
fails for
directory/studio/update/2.0.0.v20150606-M9/dependencies/plugins/bcprov_1.52.0.jar
on all mirrors I have tried.  File size should be 2902942 actual size
received is around 6.8K.

Tested last night and this morning, worked fine in both cases. However
it seems currently no mirrors are active, only www.eu.apache.org and
www.eu.apache.org are listed as possible mirrors...

This is probably due to a change in ths ASF's mirror system, I'll have a
look. Thanks for the report.
