Re: How to create a static site

I am currently using 1.2RC2 on Windows 2000.

Where can I export a static version of the default publication? I do not
find a corresponding menu item.

Thanks,
Andreas

Re: How to create a static site

I have the same problem exporting a static version of the default
publication on Linux.

The directory I am looking at is this one:
build/lenya/webapp/lenya/pubs/default/work/export/pending/default/live/
(export and the other directories below it do not contain any files)

I do not see error messages for FileNotFoundExceptions which are mentioned
in bug 26564 !

I therefore doubt that this bug is the cause of bug 26986

(Moving to Linux again :-)

Re: How to create a static site

I have a problem with exporting static sites on Windows 2000 for which I
already created a Bugzilla entry:

Navigation inconsistent for export of static site
http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=26986

Is there a solution for Linux? I think there was a script somewhere which
could be used to export complete static sites in one step.

Thanks,
Andreas

there is no seperate menu entry. it is part of the normal publishing
process. your static site will be ready in export/
