Friendly URL question
Hi all,
I am contemplating using Tapestry for a new project - I've used it in
the past and like it and all that, just wondering about the friendly
url issue. Is it not sufficient to use ExternalLinks for page which
might be bookmarked or emailed around? What does the "Friendly URL"
patch provide that ExternalLink does not? Why do search engines have
problems indexing a Tapestry-based site?
Thanks,
Greg

Absolutely. Friendly URLs are better for people, better for J2EE
security, and better for search engines.

So this issue would apply to most dynamic sites that don't use REST
style URL's wouldn't it?
