[jira] [Created] (TS-4096) ts_lua - ts.now() should return subsecond information

Kit Chan created TS-4096:
----------------------------

Summary: ts_lua - ts.now() should return subsecond information
                 Key: TS-4096
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TS-4096
             Project: Traffic Server
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: Lua, Plugins
            Reporter: Kit Chan

Currently ts.now() returns the unix timestamp in seconds.

But we should be able to return milliseconds as well.

It should be similar to how ngx.now() works.
