    Attachment: libcloud-418.patch

Added a CloudStackNodeLocation class which contains a network_type attribute. This gives us information about the zone (advanced vs. basic)
Added a _check_advanced_zone method and used that in api calls that are only valid in advanced zones.

Added a fixture for a basic zone and added tests for both cases.

will work on a deploy_node testing later.
