The download page also lists 1.1.8, which is not on the mirrors.
According to the SVN log it is now unused:

OWB-1114 remove old unused OWB releases

So please either list it as an archived release (and change the links accordingly) or remove the section.

Also 1.2.1 is old and should be removed.
