how to redirect HTTP 404 and 500 errors to a errorpage

Hi gurus,
I'm using Apache Tomcat/4.1.24

How can I redirect http error messages like 404 and 500 to an error page ?

For example when a user request a page that doesn't exist.

HTTP Status 404 - /default1.jsp
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
----
type Status report
message /default1.jsp
description The requested resource (/default1.jsp) is not available.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
----
