[I] Spark Docker Image Release Discrepancy Between apache/spark and Docker Library [spark]

Hi Team, just wanted to know more about the image release process.
We have 2 instances of `spark` image on DockerHub:
- Official image: https://hub.docker.com/r/apache/spark
- Official Docker Library: https://hub.docker.com/_/spark
The `apache/spark` image seems to stay in sync with the upstream package releases, while the Docker Library image appears to lag behind slightly.
Could someone please clarify how the release process works for these two images and why there might be a delay for the Docker Library version?
