[jira] [Created] (SPARK-35076) Parse interval literals as ANSI intervals

Max Gekk created SPARK-35076:
--------------------------------

Summary: Parse interval literals as ANSI intervals
                 Key: SPARK-35076
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SPARK-35076
             Project: Spark
          Issue Type: Sub-task
          Components: SQL
    Affects Versions: 3.2.0
            Reporter: Max Gekk
            Assignee: Max Gekk

If the SQL config spark.sql.legacy.interval.enabled is disabled (by default), parse interval literals as DayTimeIntervalType if the interval literal doesn't have the month field or YearMonthIntervalType of it doesn't have the day-time fields. In the case of mixed fields, throw an exception.
