Import https://github.com/t3rmin4t0r/tez-swimlanes into trunk.

Also move from using the AM INFO logs to using SimpleHistoryLogging/ATS data to draw the diagrams.

The goal is to be able to draw diagrams like, for a developer to debug performance issues - http://people.apache.org/~gopalv/query27.svg
