[Reminder] the issue should be closed in time when issue has been resolved

I noticed that the issue still open when the issue is resolved.

It is strongly suggested that the user/developer who propose the issue and the PR reviewer should recheck the status of the corresponding issue,  if resolved, please close the issue in time, don't leave so many issues on the issues list

There are many outdated or resolved issues in the issue list. I think
should close them manually.
