There's a user thread about this change here http://activemq.2283324.n4.nabble.com/activemq-all-jar-tight-coupling-with-log4j-td4710022.html in regards to adding the log4j confuration to the activemq-all jar.  Do you think it makes sense to provide the log4j conf file separately?  I know it's kind of nice to also provide the config file for a default logging configuration.  There's probably not really a good answer as some people would want it included and some people would want the config separate to customize it.
