[jira] [Created] (INFRA-4566) I would like to change the way OpenMeetings website is updated

I would like to change the way OpenMeetings website is updated
--------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: INFRA-4566
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-4566
             Project: Infrastructure
          Issue Type: Task
      Security Level: public (Regular issues)
          Components: Website
            Reporter: Maxim Solodovnik
            Priority: Minor

Currently http://incubator.apache.org/openmeetings/ is populated directly from SVN (with contents of https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/openmeetings/trunk/singlewebapp/docs/)

docs folder is actually being generated from xdocs and java sources.
I would like to remove generated content from SVN.

I can:
1) create "docs" artefact available from https://builds.apache.org/job/openmeetings/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/singlewebapp/dist/.......tar.gz
2) create ant target with minimum dependencies need to be run hourly/dayly basis

Is this possible?
Which option from above would be preferable?

Thanks in advance

<danielsh> just to clarify, do you have PMC consensus on making this change, or is this really one person wanting a change?
