   a solution is to put all the value in a field
   
   ```yaml
       key.converter: org.apache.kafka.connect.storage.StringConverter
       value.converter: org.apache.kafka.connect.storage.StringConverter
       transforms: wrapPayload
       transforms.wrapPayload.type: org.apache.kafka.connect.transforms.HoistField$Value
       transforms.wrapPayload.field: _value
   ``
