   @pjfanning So I just figured out a way to publish gradle plugin to a custom repository, the code is at https://github.com/davidmc24/gradle-avro-plugin/blob/master/build.gradle#L97-L129 although in our case we will likely have to add https://github.com/gradle-nexus/publish-plugin as a dependency and then do `publications.withType(NexusPublishing)` or something along those lines.
   
   Feel free to assign the issue to yourself if you want to work on it, otherwise I will get back to it later tonight/tomorrow morning
