RE: [users@httpd] ASP failure

Hi!
On Win ME, Apache/2.0.43 (Win32) mod_perl/1.99_08-dev Perl/v5.8.0 DAV/2 PHP/4.3.1 Here is the debug error log, what is "flock() unimplemented on this platform", and how do I fix it?
