I cleaned up the metron wiki page quite a bit
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/METRON/Metron+Wiki

Key changes are the following:
  1. Added a bunch of documentation and articles
  
   2. Started referencing README for docs so they are self sustaining..
  
   3. Started a a Documentation section on the wiki with the existing content we have: https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/METRON/Documentation
 
   4.  General cleanup (organization, updated logo, etc..)

   5. Added an About Metron section: https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/METRON/About+Metron

   6. ADded a Tech Talks section: https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/METRON/Tech+Talks

These changes allow us to align the web page redesign with the wiki content. The strategy is that we are going to have a very modern/kick-ass  looking new web page. .  But the links on that page will point to different wiki content. So the web page will be primarily static but it gives us the flexibility to add/update content more easily because that is via the wiki
