WebLogic 5.1 sp8: Problem with unzipped struts example.

Hi all,

When I try to use and unzipped struts applicaction I
get the next error:

java.lang.ClassCastException:
org.apache.struts.util.MessageResources
        at
org.apache.struts.taglib.MessageTag.doStartTag(MessageTag.java:357)
        at
jsp_servlet._index._jspService(_index.java:82)
        at
weblogic.servlet.jsp.JspBase.service(JspBase.java:27)
        at
weblogic.servlet.internal.ServletStubImpl.invokeServlet(ServletStubImpl.java:106)
        at
weblogic.servlet.internal.ServletStubImpl.invokeServlet(ServletStubImpl.java:124)
        at
weblogic.servlet.internal.ServletContextImpl.invokeServlet(ServletContextImpl.java:907)
        at
weblogic.servlet.internal.ServletContextImpl.invokeServlet(ServletContextImpl.java:851)
        at
weblogic.servlet.internal.ServletContextManager.invokeServlet(ServletContextManager.java:252)
        at
weblogic.socket.MuxableSocketHTTP.invokeServlet(MuxableSocketHTTP.java:364)
        at
weblogic.socket.MuxableSocketHTTP.execute(MuxableSocketHTTP.java:252)
        at
weblogic.kernel.ExecuteThread.run(ExecuteThread.java:129)

I have checked struts code and it looks right, even, I
have trace the code to see what class the object
retrieved from the session belonsg to, and it is the
right one, so I don't understand why this error
happens.
Someone knows why and how to solve this problem,
without using a war file? It is very unconfortable for
developers zipping and unzipping just to test a change
in their code

Thank You!! and
Saludos!!
