[PR] Backport Uranium tests to 10.2.x [trafficserver]

bneradt opened a new pull request, #13889:
URL: https://github.com/apache/trafficserver/pull/13889

The supported 10.2.x branch still relies on AuTest while master uses
pytest, making test maintenance and CI behavior diverge between releases.

This patch backports the Uranium framework and converted tests from
#13545, preserving the branch-specific coverage and configuration
formats. It includes the Bash 3 compatibility fix from #13884 and adapts
the build, documentation, and test helpers for the release branch.

   Thanks, Bryan. Addressed in e9d4db12d5:

   - Existing ENABLE_AUTEST and ENABLE_AUTEST_UDS values now map to the Uranium options with deprecation warnings, including OFF. Explicit Uranium values take precedence. All five old configure preset names and the autest build preset are retained, including the original build-autest directory and install prefix.
   - The volume replay now asserts directory entries, the 32 MiB RAM cache allocation, and zero RAM cache for volume 2. It also allocates a 512 MiB disk: the previous default was too small to create both volumes, so the replay could succeed with caching disabled.
   - The ConnectingEntry production fix is explicitly described in the PR description and commit message.
   - All four test shards and the other checks were green on the previous revision. I also hardened the HTTP/2 content-length client: it completes SETTINGS before sending malformed input and submits the request frames together, avoiding writes racing a connection-fatal response. Its GOAWAY/error-code and successful-response assertions are unchanged.

Local validation passed: build/install, formatting, 125 framework tests, a real configure using the old autest preset and OFF options, the volume replay, and ten consecutive HTTP/2 content-length test runs. The updated revision is pushed for CI.

Addressed the latest review in 88b2f1a05c (migration commit 22c217958d):

   - Legacy ENABLE_AUTEST/ENABLE_AUTEST_UDS, AUTEST_SANDBOX, and AUTEST_OPTIONS now migrate once and are removed from the cache. Deprecated values override cached Uranium defaults for that migration; subsequent configuration uses the Uranium names. Nonempty legacy options produce a reminder to use pytest arguments.
   - Restored the autest, autest_no_install, and autest-uds build targets as aliases.
   - Added an actual ATS configure regression seeded with the old cache entries, checking successful repeat configuration and target discovery. This dependency-heavy test is opt-in through ATS_CMAKE_COMPATIBILITY_BUILD; it was executed locally.
   - Removed the unsupported ConnectingEntry coverage claim from both the PR description and migration commit message.

Validation: 15 compatibility checks passed, including actual configure; framework suite 128 passed with the opt-in test skipped in that separate run. Formatting, incremental build, installation, and Sphinx docs passed. Thank you for testing the existing-build upgrade path.
