   测试Java-Chassis 1.3.2版本, 发现即使consumer配置了`version-rule`规则指向旧版本的provider服务, 在日志里面也能看到consumer加载了新旧两个版本的provider服务的契约, 因此如果新版本相对于旧版本删除了部分参数, 会导致请求调用到旧版本实例时缺少参数.
   在这种场景下`version-rule`配置起不到手动指定兼容性规则的效果, 是否应该优化一下呢?
