[BUG] table element sizes

Hello,

I ran into a couple of peculiarities of the table code when working with tables and borders this morning:

(a) The table rows extend across the whole width of the region containing the table and are wider than the sum
of the columns defined using column-width.

(b) When having multi-line content in a table cell, the first row is indented by appr. 2 pt even when no padding or
text-indent is specified.

(c) When wrapping both table-row and table-cell in borders, the borders seem to extend the height of the row: the
border-after - sections do not match for the cell border and the row border. The border-after of the row will however
match the border-before of the following row. If I apply only cell borders but no row borders, the border-after of the cell
will again match the border-before of the cell in the next row down.

All of these tests where done with fop 0.15.
