[~jzhuge] Thanks for adding this feature. It looks very interesting. I have a non-technical comment. I am worried that most people will not discover this tool. Would you please add some documentation or add this tool under hdfs or hdfs debug interface?. Then it will be easier for people to discover.  
From a technical perspective, I am good with the changes.
