tested CdhHadoopServiceTest on cloudservers-uk.  works fine!

mvn clean verify -Pintegration -Dmr1=true -Dit.test=CdhHadoopServiceTest -DargLine='-Dwhirr.test.provider=cloudservers-uk -Dwhirr.test.identity=jclouds -Dwhirr.test.credential=KEY'

As a result of WHIRR-593, we need to explicitly specify the OS to run on for CDH, since we currently only support Ubuntu 10.04 and CentOS/RHEL 5.x.
