Would be benficial to have an edit queue dialog in the web management UI.

It should allow for editing of the following:

- alerting
- context
- flow control control
- message durability/ttl (if easy)
- max delivery attempts

No type specific fields should be able to edited, only the generic/common values as mentioned.
