[I] [Feature Request]: Add quick file creation to the Hop file browser (hop)

### What would you like to happen?
Since Hop already allows users to edit Markdown, JSON, YAML, SQL, and TXT files directly from the interface, it would be useful to add a file creation option, similar to VS Code.

When clicking “Create file”, the user should be able to enter the file name and specify or select the file type/extension, such as .md, .json, .yaml, .sql, or .txt.
It would also be useful to add shortcuts to the folder context menu for:
Create a new file directly inside the selected folder
Create a new Pipeline directly inside the selected folder
Create a new Workflow directly inside the selected folder
This would reduce navigation steps and make managing files, pipelines, and workflows faster and more intuitive within Hop.

Would be enough to generically have a _Create file..._ entry in the menu to create the file contextually in the point in the tree where the context menu has been activated IMHO. What you think about that?
