[jira] [Comment Edited] (CB-5707) Add new platforms to Plugin Developement Guide

ubuntu uses resource-file to add file to qml. This is not documented, I think, but should be on a page linked from
https://cordova.apache.org/docs/en/3.3.0/guide_hybrid_plugins_index.md.html#Plugin%20Development%20Guide

I think that it is not good that developers have to guess which elements of plugin.xml are supported on their plattform and what the effect of that element is on their platform.
