OpenNLP models license

Hi all,

I am trying to understand which is the specific license associated to
a couple of models downloadable from

http://opennlp.sourceforge.net/models-1.5/

I am interested in
- en-token.bin
- en-sent.bin
- en-pos-maxent.bin

The first two are said to be trained on OpenNLP data.
What does that mean with regards to licensing?
What about the tag dictionary?
