Deploying portals

Hello,

Can JSpeed deploy war files so that a portal can be packaged and easily
distributed, or would you have to package up a customized jspeed and deploy
it?

Thanks for any ideas,
Casey

Jetspeed is a webapp. You can build the war target from the ant build
and distribute it
For webapps based on Jetspeed, One approach is to overlay your portal
application on top of the basic Jetspeed distribution, and package it as
a different war file. This procedure is introduced in the portlet
tutorial.
