docsformat-mod.mdtext draft
I have created a draft, of the changes that should be done to the docformat
page (web)
So new translators can make it easy to collaborate with the project it selve.

Hi Luis,
docformat page is OK for me, at least for the part about translation.
But wouldn't this part be moved to the document about translation itself
(translation.html) ?

In addition, I suggest to improve the "Getting started" of translation.html (I
can do it) in the form of a tutorial :
1.Preparing your working environment
2.How to translate new files
3.How to check documentation updates and update your translations in
consequence
3.How to check your changes by building the doc
4.How to send the result of your work to docs list
