This remains an issue.
Assume several paragraphs of text, with a paragraph marker at the end of each.
If I place the cursor somewhere in the last line of a paragraph, and use <ctrl>
<right-arrow> to jump from word to word toward the end of the paragraph, the
cursor does not land just before the paragraph marker. Instead it jumps all the
way to the next character, which could be two or three paragraph markers away
from the end of the paragraph in which the cursor had just been jumping words.
Paragraph markers are ignored when jumping words.
This is different from all other editors, both simple online web-page input
forms and commercial word processors. They all include paragraph markers when
jumping from word to word.
Please fix this bug, or show me and many others where to change the settings.
