### What happened
Slack changes its webhook call functions, changing from a customized integration slackbot webhook to APP webhook.
And it no longer supports the markdown table format, which means slack cannot properly display the markdown table when we send table content.
check the table display below:
### What you expected to happen
1. Make sure the slack alert plugin works properly with the newly Slack APIs.
2. Make the slack alert content display properly.( Maybe consider to change to other markdown format or fix the table format)
### How to reproduce
Make any system alert using slack alert instance.
