Tuscany releases removed from m2-ibiblio-rsync-repository

The maven artifacts for all the Tuscany releases were removed
recently from m2-ibiblio-rsync-repository. Apparently this may
have been a result of the changes made for INFRA-2783 (set up
Nexus for use by Tuscany).

This removal of previously released artifacts was not anticipated
by the Tuscany community and it has unfortunately broken some
released code in the Tuscany travel sample which depended on copying
some of these files to a location on the user's machine.

Would it be possible to resolve this breakage by restoring some or
all of the files that were deleted from m2-ibiblio-rsync-repository?
The deletions that are causing the immediate problem are two files
from the sca/1.6 release, and it's possible that the same issue
could occur with the sca/1.5.1 release as well. One option for fixing
the problem would be to restore the complete sca/1.6 and sca/1.5.1
releases to their previous locations on m2-ibiblio-rsync-repository.
Another option would be to selectively restore the specific files
referenced by the Tuscany travel sample, which are:

http://people.apache.org/repo/m2-ibiblio-rsync-repository/org/apache/tuscany/sca/tuscany-implementation-web-runtime/1.5.1/tuscany-implementation-web-runtime-1.5.1.jar

Please advise on whether either of these options is feasible without
causing other problems.
