Code Contributor stats: patches, reviews, and relationships

The following metrics provide top lists of contributors for different time
periods. Listing patches, reviews, and who has worked with who.

It's intended to give insight into (and to praise) the people who are
contributing code to the project.

https://nightlies.apache.org/cassandra/devbranch/misc/contribulyze/html/

It's generated from the contribulyze.py script (copied and evolved from the
Subversion project) running against our repositories, taking advantage of
our community's commit message style.

Stats are updated daily. The code is currently in
https://github.com/apache/cassandra-builds/pull/54

I am hoping folk will offer updates to the contribulyze.aliases file as
they see duplicated and misspelt names, and any updates to the regexps to
catch edge-case messages…

Thanks for the script Mick. I found it really useful to have a better view
of people's contributions.

And to be explicit, this is lists of non-committer contributions.
Pages for committers can still be found, behind the lists.
