[wishlist] option to ignore access failures
Imagine, you are in a pure unversioned directory where some are checkout
directories are inside. You can enter this directory, type "svn up *"
and it will work since the shell expands * to the list of directories.
Now try the same when some other unversioned files/directories are in
the same directories. SVN will stop immediately with an error message
like:
# svn ls *
svn: Entry has no URL
svn: 'asdf' has no URL
# same with svn up, etc.
But what is the point? It could simply ignore unversioned files (or
throw a non-fatal error message) and continue with directories that are
under subversion control.
MfG,
Eduard.
