[ANN] Rust driver for qpid-proton

Greetings,

I just wanted to announce that I'm working on a Rust[0] implementation
for proton's messenger API[1]. The base API is ready (there are some
examples in the code base) and I'm now starting to work on a higher
level abstraction for the C API.

It's still very young and a WIP experiment. Hopefully, it'll reach a
more usable state soon.
