Buildr Install on Hardy

For Ubuntu Hardy users, the following step is mandatory before going through
the rest of the process:

Uncomment the first 2 commented universes in /etc/apt/sources.list

deb http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ hardy-backports main restricted
universe multiverse
deb-src http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ hardy-backports main restricted
universe multiverse
