3.1.0rc3, or general release?
So, we have the following open bugs:
Intermittent __alarm__ errors with various plugins
(nonfatal warnings only; "SpamAssassin continues to work fine")
URIs not detected if JIS encoding follows the URI
(causes occasional URIBL lookup misses)
in my opinion, both are minor and could wait for a 3.1.1. On top of
that, since 3.1.0rc2, we've fixed:
- bug 4565: deal with new Yahoo hostname convention which caused
FORGED_YAHOO_RCVD fps
- bug 4570: fix regexp to not segfault given large headers
- bug 4572: catch redirections using EmailFactory (emf0.com)
- bug 4558: add redirector pattern for oscommerce software open
redirector
I think 4570 is the only relatively big one there -- and it was a
one-liner. Given that, I think we could do the general release of 3.1.0,
instead of another RC.
Personally, I'd like to get 3.1.0 out.
Thoughts?

I'd be more in favour of 3.1.0 rc3, to get some last minute testing in
before we release. (It'd be nice for 3.1.0 to be rock solid, so we
don't need to release 3.1.1 right away...)
We've dragged the process on long enough that another couple days wont
hurt. :-)

What about 4564?
