Test case:

I use demos in [https://github.com/huawei-microservice-demo/SpringCloudIntegration/tree/master/gs-rest-service] to test this feature and test cases are:
 # configure spring.cloud.inject.fault in dynamic server. and @Value, DynamicProperty will fetch the correct value. 
 # do not configure  pring.cloud.inject.fault in dynamic server. and @Value use default values as null/some random string will give correct values.
