Hudson (Jenkins) configuration seems to be broken at builds.apache.org

Hudson complains at Apache jira
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AMBARI-7318 about broken unit tests,
but tests are not able to start due to JAVA_HOME misconfiguration.

Here is a relevant part of build log at
